Two of the top teams in the Crossroads League hammered away in a slugfest.
A former Patriot was part of the hitting barrage.

Moser had a big Friday for the Foresters, smacking a two-run home run in the fourth inning of game-two of a doubleheader to pull his team even at 5-5. He added an RBI walk in the seventh inning as he finished 1-for-3 with a run and three RBIs.
He recorded a two-out double to right-center field in the eighth inning of Friday’s opener and scored on a Tyler Jakob single to give HU an 8-7 lead. Taylor would reclaim the advantage in the bottom of the frame before HU, which got a 1-for-2 effort and two walks from Moser, scored three times in the top of the ninth for the win.
