Purdue University’s College of Science and the Science Diversity office are teaming up to give students in middle and high school the chance to get familiar with science and laboratory work during two camps this summer on campus.

For two separate weeks this summer, girls of all ages will be gathering in Daleville for Girl Scouts of Wapehani, Inc.’s Badge Camp. Girls will be able to experience a variety of activities while forming new friendships.
Appreciation day set in Dunkirk (05/24/06)
An Appreciation Day will be held Saturday for employees, past, present and retirees, of S.D.P. Manufacturing, Indiana Glass and Saint-Gobain Containers. The event will be held at Frank Merry Park in rural Dunkirk.
