Our Friday newspaper will include a special section dedicated to Indiana’s bicentennial. It includes a Hoosier triva quiz, a story about Jay County’s torch bearers and a look at some of the area’s historic structures. The torch is scheduled to arrive at the Jay/Randolph county line at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
