Jay County was rated “blue” (low risk for the spread of coronavirus) for the fifth straight week in Indiana State Department of Health’s update Wednesday. The county has had just three new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the last seven days, and has not had more than two new cases in a single day since May 20.
